Job summary

Quantum Workplace is hiring a Software Developer for the Technology and Product Development team in the Omaha area. You will build new features, fix bugs, support QA, and explore tools and patterns that speed up delivery.

You will collaborate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and product owners to move prototypes to production, while documenting improvements and maintaining quality across the codebase.

Qualifications

• Experience with object‑oriented programming, SQL databases, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, etc.).
• 1+ years of professional experience building software.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop documentation.
• Able to exercise independent judgment and discretion with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Enjoys troubleshooting and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Act as part of a cross‑functional team, working with developers, designers, Quality Engineers and product owners to bring prototypes to production.
• Support our software by fixing bugs, improving performance, and contributing to documentation.
• Write awesome code and enjoy the work.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
