Job summary

Quantum Workplace is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery in a hybrid Omaha, NE setting, partnering with AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and decision-making. You will translate strategy into experiments, validate ideas quickly, and drive customer outcomes while collaborating with sales, marketing, and leadership.

You will lead rapid learning cycles, balance ambiguity, and own results from discovery through launch. Strong communication and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of modern product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery and experimentation.
• Ability to prioritize under ambiguity and own outcomes.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its role in product development.
• Strong written and verbal communication to align teams.
• Independent, proactive problem solver with high agency.
