We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Developer to join our development team in helping build our SaaS platform that unifies restaurant accounting, payroll, AP automation, operational analytics, and more – so operators can run more profitable, data‑driven business.

Developed by restaurant owners for restaurant owners, Back Office goes beyond traditional software; it’s backed by industry experts who guide operators to make faster, more informed business decisions surrounding revenue, cost of goods, labor, and compliance. Your impact:

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using C#, Java, Angular, and React
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the entire application stack
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and system design
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C# and Java for backend development
• Solid experience with Angular and React for frontend development
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Knowledge of database design and SQL
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Nice to haves:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with unit testing and test‑driven development
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Previous experience in a full‑stack development role
