Overview

Software Developer (Associate or Mid-Level) is a position on the Integrated Product Data Management (IPDM) Development team. The selected candidate will join a team that provides software solutions to access and transform manufacturing product data, and will contribute to design, development, testing, and deployment of software supporting engineering/manufacturing teams.

Position Details

The IPDM Development team location options include Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; Kent, WA; Long Beach, CA; North Charleston, SC; Ridley Park, PA; or Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with end users and stakeholders (product owners, business analysts, QA, etc.) to gather and evaluate requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, system designs, and implementation plans
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, maintainable software components and services
  • Write clean, well-documented, and unit-tested code following team standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Maintain and update technical documentation (architecture diagrams, API specs, runbooks, etc.)
  • Help plan and estimate work, contribute to sprint planning, and meet delivery commitments
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies and practices to improve development and delivery
Basic Qualifications (Required)
  • 1+ years of experience with Java, C++, or C#
  • 1+ years of experience working within an Agile development team
  • 1+ years of experience with Source Control Management tools (e.g., Git)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Experience working across teams and coordinating work scope
  • Experience in Python and JavaScript
  • Experience working with Teamcenter or IPDM programs
  • Experience leading a diverse Agile software development team

Summary pay ranges: Associate $73,100 – $105,800; Mid-Level $93,500 – $135,700.
