Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a software engineer to develop and integrate COTS and in‑house applications in a high‑security environment in the United States. You will translate business requirements into designs, build scalable services, review code, and maintain documentation.

You will work in an Agile, cross‑functional team, lead diverse Scrum activities, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. A Master’s degree and active security clearance are required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with Java, C++, C#
  • 1+ years of experience working within an Agile development team
  • 1+ years of experience with Source Control Management tools (like Git)
  • 3+ or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active Secret or Top‑Secret security clearance
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working across teams and coordinating work scope
  • Experience in Python, JavaScript programming languages
  • Experience working with Teamcenter or on the IPDM Program
  • Experience leading a diverse Agile software development team

  • Maintain and update technical documentation
  • Plan and estimate work, contribute to sprint planning, and meet delivery commitments
  • Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies, patterns, and practices
