Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a software developer to join a family of P2 tools that enable construction of the Internet, including workflow management, financial audit, real-time integrations, and data warehousing.

You will translate business concepts into software, work with a team, and help others while designing scalable, robust solutions. Remote opportunities available, preferably within EST time zone, with a multi-stage interview process.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with a JVM-based language (Clojure or Java).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data stores and querying.
• Frontend experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, or ClojureScript.

• construction workflow management
• financial audit
• real time integrations with multiple systems and teams
• data warehouse
• and more

Day to day responsibilities include:

• thinking
• converting business to techical ideas
• converting these ideas to computer programs
• being available
• helping others on a team

What are the top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required?

• a jvm based language (clojure or java)
• sql and not data stores
• frontend (reactjs / clojurescript / typescript, etc.)

What are top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?

• initial 30 min discussion with 2-3 members of the team,
