Responsibilities

• Perform advanced senior‑level computer programming work, including planning, analysis, scheduling, coordination, and implementation of programming projects.
• Provide technical assistance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze, design, code, test, document, and implement applications to support the Texas Lottery and Charitable Bingo functional areas.

Minimum Requirements

• 8 years of experience with SQL or PL/SQL
• 8 years of experience with software version control
• 8 years of experience developing and maintaining secure .NET public websites
• 8 years of experience with C# and ASP.NET (minimum 2 years with .NET 8.0 and higher)
• 8 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• 8 years of experience developing system documentation
• 1 year of experience developing and maintaining Python batch scripts (preferred)
• 1 year of experience with Agile methodology (preferred)
• 1 year of experience with Syncfusion and Bold Reports for rich UI/UX development and reporting (preferred)
• 1 year of experience integrating with Google and Apple authentication systems (preferred)
• 1 year of experience with .NET LINQ (Language Integrated Query) (preferred)
• 1 year of experience developing Java applications (preferred)
• 1 year of knowledge of Charitable Bingo rules and regulations (preferred)
• 1 year of knowledge of interface and data exchange standards between software applications (preferred)
