GovCIO is hiring for a Senior Developer with Oracle eBusiness Suite-Financials. The position is remote, based in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle eBusiness Suite modules such as Purchasing (PO), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Accounting (PA), and General Ledger (GL).
• Implement modules, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with strong accounting process knowledge.
• Design solutions for complex business requirements using COTS functionality to minimize RICE development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, VersionOne, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and payment processing including EFT and NACHA.
• Update configuration documents and diagrams as needed.
• Work iteratively within Agile methodologies, attending ceremonies and ensuring system usability and performance.
• Provide on-call support and work proactively with end-users to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software development experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2.9, especially Financials modules.
• SME experience in Oracle modules and complex business solutions.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and payment processing methods.
• Knowledge of Kafka, APIs, and flat file processing.
• Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
