TekInvaderZ, LLC is on a lookout for Software Developers who can execute technical initiatives at various client locations.
We seek a Software Developer responsible for gathering functional and user requirements, root cause analysis, process mapping, post‑implementation review, support, training, business process redesign, stakeholder management, project status monitoring, coordination with architects, test and development teams, database management, UI development, security software, inter‑process synchronization, and migration to AWS.
Responsibilities
- Use Remedy/Jira to gather functional and user requirements by facilitating root cause analysis, brainstorming, and process mapping.
- Participate in post‑implementation review; provide support and act as liaison for post‑implementation issues logged in ServiceNow.
- Design a strategic training plan to train users on new or changed business processes.
- Involve in business process redesign and improvements and develop transition strategies and change‑management strategies for migration to AWS.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, resolve conflict, and earn the trust of sponsors and stakeholders.
- Set team direction, monitor project status, and provide periodic status updates to key stakeholders.
- Interact with architects, test lead, business analysts, and technology lead to monitor overall progress of projects and release planning using Informatica, MS SQL, and various AWS resources.
- Research existing applications, perform GAP and risk analysis, and evaluate benefits of migration.
- Coordinate work of test teams and monitor their performance during performance and integration testing using ITIL methodologies.
- Coordinate with project team and software developers to ensure project development is on schedule and on budget using SCRUM.
- Use database applications with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle 10g to store metadata and host on AWS RDS instances.
- Design and develop a SPA (Single Page Application) user‑interface web forms using Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop security software components using Java and monitoring software using Python and MySQL.
- Implement inter‑process synchronization using UNIX domain sockets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to education in the United States.
Hours per week: 40 hrs
