In this role, you will apply your software development expertise to projects that help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. Prior experience in artificial intelligence is not required; your software development knowledge and professional experience are the key qualifications. Qualifications

Applicants should have at least three years of hands-on software development experience in one or more of the following areas: Python, Rust, Go, Java, Node.js, Android development, iOS development, or full-stack development. You should be able to build or assess scalable, reliable, and maintainable software, and demonstrate familiarity with modern development tools, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in collaborative, agile, or remote environments is important, as is the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in writing and conversation.
