About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our remote team on a contract basis. In this role, you will utilize your domain expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is necessary; your domain knowledge and software development skills are what matter most. You will be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions will help shape the future of AI technology, working alongside cross-functional teams to develop scalable and reliable software solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android, iOS, or full-stack development.
• Strong ability to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
• Experience working in remote, collaborative, and agile team environments.
• Proficiency with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a distributed setting.
