Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced SharePoint Developer/Administrator for mission-critical initiatives at Fort Meade, MD. You will develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint environments and related Microsoft 365 apps, working with customers and stakeholders to deliver secure solutions.

Key responsibilities include building and supporting SharePoint sites/workflows, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SharePoint administration and development experience.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and migrations to Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SharePoint 2013/2016 environments.
• Development technologies: InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, CSS, HTML, .NET.
• Required Computing Environment (CE) certification prior to contract support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support SharePoint sites, workflows, and related applications.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to troubleshoot and remediate SharePoint issues and requests.
• Analyze new SharePoint service requests and provide scope, level of effort, and technical recommendations to project managers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert throughout all phases of SharePoint development and maintenance projects.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and system configurations.
• Deliver weekly status updates and project reports to leadership.
• Apply industry best practices and modern development methodologies to SharePoint and web application solutions.
• Support SharePoint migrations and modernization efforts to Microsoft 365 environments.
