Job summary

Bespoke Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled engineer with an active Poly clearance to lead and coordinate technical teams on web-based solutions, interfacing with Sponsors to deliver mission-critical systems.

You will implement industry best practices, focus on accessibility and UX/UI improvements, and manage the full accreditation lifecycle, cloud environments (AWS) and IT service management to support multi-tier operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates experience leading a team providing technical expertise and communications to the Sponsor.
• Demonstrates experience implementing industry best practices and accessibility standards with agile methodology.
• Demonstrates experience proposing recommendations that improve UX/UI, reduce O&M, increase quality and speed of delivery, and modernize web components.
• Demonstrates experience developing, maintaining, analyzing and documenting web-based components and interfaces with databases and APIs to aid decision making.
• Demonstrates experience in Java development.
• Demonstrates experience with cloud technologies.
• Demonstrates experience in developing and maintaining AWS environments and services with databases and APIs.
• Demonstrates experience with COTS products including ServiceNow.
• Demonstrates experience in the full accreditation lifecycle.
• Demonstrates experience in managing Tier 1-3 support using service management systems.
• Demonstrates experience creating IT support documents (SOPs, workflows, knowledge base, checklists, diagrams).
• Demonstrates experience in enterprise software maintenance: licenses, patching, updates.

• Demonstrates experience as a lead on a team providing technical expertise and communications to the Sponsor.
• Demonstrates experience implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and agile methodology.
• Demonstrates experience proposing recommendations that provide business value while supporting goals and objectives, with an emphasis on improving User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), reducing O&M, increasing quality and speed of delivery, transforming, and modernizing web-based application, system, and service components.
• Demonstrates experience in developing, maintaining, analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, and service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs to assist in decision making regarding future development.
• Demonstrates experience in Java development
• Demonstrates experience with cloud technologies.
• Demonstrates experience in developing and maintaining AWS environments and service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs to assist in decision making regarding future development
