Job summary

The candidate will lead technical efforts, drive UX/UI improvements, and modernize web-based components and services. Proficiency in Java, cloud technologies, AWS, and ServiceNow is essential to support enterprise software and accreditation processes across sponsor projects.

Qualifications

• Active Poly clearance required to be considered.
• Experience leading a technical team and communicating with Sponsor.
• Experience implementing accessibility standards and agile practices.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and documenting web-based applications and interfaces with databases and web services.
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Experience with cloud technologies and AWS environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of the full accreditation lifecycle.
• Experience managing Tier 1–3 support and service management systems.
• Experience creating IT operation documents (SOPs, workflows, knowledge bases, deployment checklists, security diagrams).
• Experience in enterprise software maintenance including patching and version updates.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrates experience as a lead on a team providing technical expertise and communications to the Sponsor.
• Demonstrates experience implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and agile methodology.
• Demonstrates experience proposing recommendations that provide business value while supporting goals and objectives, with an emphasis on improving User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), reducing O&M, increasing quality and speed of delivery, transforming, and modernizing web-based application, system, and service components.
• Demonstrates experience in developing, maintaining, analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, and service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs to assist in decision making regarding future development.
• Demonstrates experience in Java development
• Demonstrates experience with cloud technologies.
• Demonstrates experience in developing and maintaining AWS environments and service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs to assist in decision making regarding future development
• Demonstrates experience working with COTS products including ServiceNow
• Demonstrates experience in the full accreditation lifecycle.
• Demonstrates experience in managing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support, using service management systems.
• Demonstrates experience developing IT support documents that include SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge base, pre and post deployment checklists, IT architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.
• Demonstrates experience developing and maintaining enterprise software, to include license renewals (where applicable), patching, and version update administration.
