XDIN, a subsidiary of ALTEN Group, is seeking a Software Developer in Mississippi to join our automotive engineering team. The role emphasizes full-stack development across front-end and back-end systems, using C#, .NET, or Java, within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include modifying software, leading testing and documentation, and collaborating with customers and departments on technical proposals. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills.
• Experience with C#, .NET, or Java and SDLC knowledge.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Modify software to fix errors and adapt to new hardware.
• Direct system testing and validation procedures.
• Lead software programming and documentation development.
• Consult with departments or customers on project status and proposals.
• Collaborate on technical issues including software design and maintenance.
• Analyze information to plan installations or modifications.
• Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specs.
• Design and develop software systems using analysis and modeling.
• Prepare reports on project specifications and status.
• Coordinate with project managers for information on limitations.
• Create databases with photo capabilities.
• Create packaging instructions data base and display parts packaging.
• Create a quality report and store information in database.

Software Developer Responsibilities

• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Directing system testing and validation procedures.
• Directing software programming and documentation development.
• Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals.
• Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
• Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
• Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
• Designing and developing software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences.
• Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
• Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities.
• Create Databases with photo capabilities.
• Create packaging instructions data base, to display the way the parts should be pack.
• Create a quality report, can be update by the auditors and saves the information into a database.

Software Developer Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
• 3+ Years development Experience
• Good understanding of Front End Development and also Back End.
• Experience in C#, .Net, or Java
• Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
• The desire to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
• Creativity is always a plus.
• Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.
• Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
