Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
In this role, you will design, craft, and deploy reliable embedded software for a large quantity of Kuiper terrestrial products. Kuiper is breaking new ground with every device we design, and you will be an integral part of bringing this family of products to deployments.

An SDE in Kuiper Ground Gateway Services is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and operating services that enable ground systems worldwide. We write code, debug, and create the world’s most innovative products. We work in collaboration with other teams for designing and delivering scalable, low latency, and high throughput solutions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
