Job summary

LaunchAI is seeking a new graduate to join our Software & Design team in San Francisco. You will help build the platform end to end, working on multimodal AI models, visual grounding, and deterministic execution.

You’ll contribute across the Python runtime, FastAPI backend, and React/TypeScript portal, turning frontier-model prototypes into production systems while collaborating with the founding team and customers.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or a related field.
• Strong programming and computer-science fundamentals.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or another modern language.
• Evidence of ambitious technical work through research, internships, open source, startups, or personal projects.

Responsibilities

You will work on multimodal AI models, visual grounding, workflow engines, deterministic execution, and the tools users rely on to build, run, and supervise agents.

Full-time

• $120K–$150K/year + stock options.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent or upcoming BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or a related field
• Strong programming and computer-science fundamentals
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or another modern language
• Evidence of ambitious technical work through research, internships, open source, startups, or personal projects
• Curiosity, ownership, and excitement about making probabilistic AI systems reliable

Experience with computer vision, multimodal models, agents, compilers, distributed systems, HCI, or full-stack development is helpful but not required.
