Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and administer:
• Databases supporting analytics and runtime applications
• Web applications for IVR and call center software
• Integrations to stateful IVR applications
• Integrations to components engineered for the cloud
• Write and maintain SQL for configuration changes and application enhancements
• Participate in the development and integration of call center analytics systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA)
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, Aurora DB, Redshift)
• Knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS
• Experience with Java, Python, or Go
• Shell scripting skills
• Experience with AWS cloud-based database development
• Familiarity with Flyway, Liquibase, or comparable tools
• Proficiency with Git
