Job summary

MITRE is offering a software or computer science internship in Maryland. You will collaborate with a team to apply academic knowledge across Front-End, Back-End, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and more, gaining hands-on experience in multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student pursuing an accredited degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines.
• Must continue to be enrolled the semester following the internship.
• Must have sustained excellence in academic performance.
• This position has an on-site requirement of 3 days a week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of experts to apply academic knowledge in one or more areas (Front-End/Back-End/Full-Stack, AI/ML, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, mobile, embedded, UX/UI, VR, etc.).
• Gain hands-on experience across the listed software, systems, and engineering domains.
