Your mission

In this role, you will be independently responsible for project consulting and software implementation for our clients, while collaborating with various teams. This includes planning and conducting both digital and live user training sessions. You will maintain communication and serve as the primary point of contact for your client base.

What You Will Do

• You will be responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and implementing software implementation projects for our clients.
• You will conduct workshops and user training sessions at the client’s site or online.
• Through your expert consulting and close support, you will ensure the correct application of our software.
• You will keep track of the status of individual project phases and ensure communication with project stakeholders both internally and on the client’s side.
• You will support your colleagues in more complex software implementation projects with your expertise.
• You will provide ongoing support and consulting to our existing clients to build long‑term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• You will document your processes in our CRM system.
• You will assist our sales team with presentations, prospective client support, and participation in sales events to attract potential customers and foster business growth.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or business administration, or have equivalent training and relevant professional experience.
• You have experience in managing and implementing software projects, ideally in the social services sector.
• You have a friendly, service‑oriented demeanor, with a high level of customer focus and a self‑driven work ethic.
• Your strengths include solution‑oriented thinking and the ability to analyze and implement complex requirements.
• You possess excellent communication skills and are willing to travel as needed.
• You enjoy working as part of a team.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
