Software Consultant - Full Time, Remote Florida

Job Description

We are seeking a Software Consultant in the South Florida region to maintain existing customer relationships and support new business opportunities through demonstrations and technical assistance. The role involves being the key technical advisor, consulting and educating customers on Alpine’s proprietary software suite, and supporting the territory assigned.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to optimize their use of Alpine software and improve operations.
• Support existing customers and new opportunities with demos and technical support.
• Collaborate with sales on new account acquisitions.
• Assess plant operations of prospects for productivity improvements using Alpine software.
• Manage technical projects including installation, business rule setup, and training, transitioning support to the Help Desk team.
• Serve as the software expert for escalated and complex requests within the territory.
• Introduce customers to new software features and updates.
• Coordinate with sales teams to prioritize customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer staff.
• Work with software development to address territory-specific market needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or Construction Management (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in construction technology and software implementation (preferred).
• Experience in the truss industry (preferred).
• Customer service or support experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to travel up to 70% regionally.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
