Qualifications

• Degree required with extensive experience in software configuration management.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required at application time.
• Experience with builds, CI/CD pipelines, and build automation tools.
• Experience controlling multiple software baselines and branching strategies.
• Experience documenting changes with traceability to requirements or tickets.
• Familiarity with CM tools and document management or ALM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor software builds across environments.
• Establish and control software baselines across branches.
• Implement CM processes and tools to ensure traceability.
• Document changes with rationale and impact analysis.
• Maintain CM artifacts with versioning, approvals, and distribution.
• Coordinate release of build-related documents and notes.
• Lead or support Change Control Board activities and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with CM plans, standards, and requirements.
• Collaborate with software, systems, test, and integration teams.
• Monitor CM metrics and suggest process improvements.
