We seek a Software Configuration Control Specialist who combines strong technical, research, and analytical skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The role involves collaborating with top-tier developers and research teams, solving complex problems, and enabling software configuration management across various engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Interface with System Engineers, Hardware Development Engineers, and Software Development Engineers
• Identify gaps in configuration management processes and propose solutions
• Manage configuration control for complex hardware/software systems

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in configuration management/control

Preferred Qualifications

• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with large, cross-functional projects
• Experience with IoT, machine learning, or analytics software at scale
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with DO-178C Software Configuration Management
• Experience working in Aerospace Regulatory Environments
