Job summary

Insight Global is seeking multiple Software Configuration Management (SCM) Analysts at various levels to support critical DoD software programs. You will oversee CM, release engineering, CI/CD, and automation, ensuring proper baselines and approved deployments.

The role involves working with Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, and Nexus, enforcing GitFlow standards, and coordinating Change Control Board activities to maintain high release quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-9+ years of SCM/Release Engineering/DevOps experience.
• Experience supporting software builds, release management, and software delivery processes.
• Hands-on Linux experience and familiarity with GitFlow and version control practices.
• Strong ability to review dependencies, builds, and deployment pipelines for readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCM and release engineering across the software development lifecycle.
• Review and approve builds, release candidates, beta releases, and deployments.
• Analyze dependencies and configurations to ensure deployment readiness.
• Develop automation for builds, releases, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support and validate workflows using Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, Nexus.
