Responsibilities and Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management with strong exposure to HAM practices. (Required)
2. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM. (Required)
3. Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow SAM Pro, including configuration, reporting, and lifecycle automation. (Required)
4. Deep Microsoft licensing knowledge, including other major software publishers. (Required)
5. Experience managing end-of-life software lifecycle and orchestrating removal/updates. (Required)
6. Working knowledge of SCCM and Intune, especially for coordinating software installations and removals. (Required)
7. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. (Required)
8. Experience supporting software contract renewals with Procurement and business stakeholders. (Required)
9. Ability to interpret licensing agreements and identify cost-saving opportunities. (Required)
10. Familiarity with ITIL and ITAM best practices. (Required)
11. Experience integrating SAM with CMDB and HAM modules for enterprise-wide visibility. (Desired)
12. Prior work in healthcare or regulated industries. (Desired)
13. Knowledge of software packaging, deployment strategies, or application rationalization. (Desired)
