Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking a Software Analysis Lead to manage the full software lifecycle for complex prototypes across multiple mission groups. You will lead AI&T analyses, guide tool evolution, and own end-to-end analysis tasks to support system design decisions and verification.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, developers, and multidisciplinary teams, with opportunities to lead small teams and engage in field exercises and sponsor presentations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; bachelor’s with 6+ years considered.
  • Experience in systems engineering and documenting/proving requirements.
  • Strong in signals and systems (Fourier transforms/time series) for analysis purposes.
  • Familiarity with software architecture and leading small teams.
  • Proficient in MATLAB, Python, SQL, XML; good communication; TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the analysis lead for AI&T activities, focusing on signal-analysis and system performance assessment.
  • Guide evolution of analysis tools and workflows with architects and developers.
  • Own end-to-end execution of analyses to support design decisions and verification.
