We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Private Brands Finance team. This role will serve as the Finance partner for the North America Softlines Private Brands business, managing financial analysis, reporting, and planning. You will support business leaders with actionable insights and recommendations to meet our goals and initiatives. The rapid growth and unique business model make this an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make a significant impact.

The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical problem solver comfortable in a fast-paced environment, a collaborative leader working with diverse Business and Finance partners, and an innovator driving continuous improvement and automation in P&L analysis, planning, and reporting processes. You should enjoy working with diverse teams and have a proven ability to dive deep into complex business and finance challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Private Brands leadership support by delivering timely financial reports, appendices, and insights for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and Operational Planning documents.
  • Create meaningful reporting and analysis structures to drive business improvements and cost reductions.
  • Develop and implement financial controllership tools to help our business partners achieve topline and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with category finance teams to improve worldwide planning and reporting processes.
  • Partner with the central Business Intelligence team to standardize and centralize key business performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) with 5+ years of finance experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, root cause analysis, and creating escalation plans.
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges with accurate financial models, analysis, and impactful recommendations.
  • MBA or CPA certification.
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
  • Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
