Lafayette School Corporation’s Jefferson High School seeks a Varsity Softball Head Coach to lead all facets of the program, including off-season workouts and feeder programs from middle school to youth levels for the 2026-2027 school year.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, dedication to education-based athletics, and varsity coaching experience with skill and program development. This role reports to the athletic department.

Lafayette Jefferson High School is seeking a VarsitySoftball Head Coach to lead all facets of the program. In addition to coaching during the season, the head coach will lead off-season workouts, as well as be directly involved with the feeder programs including middle school and youth programs. This posting is for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Qualifications

The candidate will have high expectations for academic and athletic excellence. A proven leader will share the beliefs and reinforce the importance of education-based athletics at all levels. Varsity coaching experience preferred with a proven history in skill/program development and leading a program from varsity level down.
