Zoned Inc. is seeking an experienced Softball Pitching Instructor to join our coaching staff in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The role involves providing private and small-group pitching instruction to various skill levels, fostering a positive training environment, and developing individualized training plans for athletes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in softball pitching, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous softball pitching instruction or coaching experience preferred.
• Collegiate playing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pitching mechanics and player development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small-group pitching lessons.
• Teach proper pitching mechanics, arm care, accuracy, movement, and confidence.
• Develop individualized training plans for athletes.
• Provide constructive feedback and track player progress.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and professional training environment.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
