Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 softball lessons with ASSA athletes.
• Support additional programs such as camps and clinics.
• Develop and manage a book of athletes; drive long-term player development.
• Deliver the ASSA curriculum positively and encouragingly.
• Maintain high levels of hospitality and customer service.
• Interact daily with youth athletes and families.
• Generate and expand sales through outbound prospecting and relationship building.
• Collaborate with the sales team on training center rentals.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads to sales.
• Oversee training center cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coach training center teams as needed.
• Coordinate with sales on bookings and rentals.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
