Job summary

Hanover Public School District is seeking an energetic Head JV Softball Coach for the 2026-2027 Spring season to lead the junior varsity program, develop players, and prepare them for varsity competition.

Ideal candidates have softball coaching or playing experience, excellent communication and leadership, and strong organizational skills to plan practices, drills, and game strategy. Clearances (Act 34, Act 114, Act 151, Act 168) must be provided as requested.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience in softball preferred.
• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the junior varsity softball program during the 2026-2027 Spring season and build a foundation for future varsity participation.
• Focus on skill development, strategic gameplay, sportsmanship, and preparing players for varsity-level competition.
