Job summary

All-Star Sports Academy is seeking a Softball Instructor to lead 1:1 coaching with our athletes and support camps, clinics, and center operations in Downingtown, PA. The role emphasizes delivering the ASSA curriculum with energy and hospitality while building long-term relationships with players and families.

Responsibilities include developing a client book, pursuing sales opportunities, coordinating rentals with the sales team, and assisting in maintaining a clean, welcoming training center

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Coaching, teaching, or instructing experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth athletes.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 instruction with ASSA athletes per program.
• Support camps & clinics as directed by GM.
• Develop and manage a book of athletes; business development activities.
• Learn and deliver the ASSA curriculum positively.
• Interact with youth athletes and families daily with strong hospitality.
• Fill a book of business through outbound sales and follow-ups.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching prospects and leads.
• Coordinate with sales for training center rentals.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist in training center operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
