Job summary

Maven Roof is seeking a dependable Soft Wash Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences while protecting our brand through strict safety standards. You will work with the production team to complete on-site projects, including roof cleaning and rejuvenation, at heights and in varying weather conditions.

The role requires 2+ years in soft washing, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in soft washing.
• Knowledge of soft wash systems, cleaning chemicals, and safe application methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work outdoors and at heights in various weather conditions.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washers, pumps, hoses, ladders and other equipment.
• Assist in on-site jobs such as roof cleaning and roof rejuvenations.
• Work at heights using proper safety equipment and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job status and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations at all times.
• Excel in this role with a can-do attitude.
• Build rapport with customers when onsite completing washes.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to the corresponding department.
• Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times.
• Execute assigned work orders delivering superior quality.
• Adhere to OSHA standards at all times.

About the role

The pay range for this role is:

28,000 - 38,500 USD per year (NC - Hampstead )
