About The Role


The purpose of this position is to lead all aspects of operations for janitorial & radio services along with related performance metrics for a pharmaceutical site in Indianapolis, IN.

What You’ll Do


Leads janitorial and radio services ensuring work is completed in accordance with account Key Performance Indicators and client procedures.

Leads vendor performance for existing services and ongoing administration of the Request for Proposal process to ensure the best pricing and service level performance.

May assist with contract reviews and negotiations.

Coordinates safety programs to make sure they're implemented and adhered to in conjunction with client specific safety requirements, and actively promotes working safely and the importance of safe work practices.

Responsible for client account inspections of all facilities. Documents inspection report results and rectifies any issues, concerns, etc. with client.

What You’ll Need


High School diploma or equivalent experience or GED (General Education Degree or equivalent experience) required.

Experience leading janitorial or related contracted operations.
