Soft Serve/Chill Station Crew Member - Day Shift

Job Details

Position: Soft Serve/Chill Station Crew Member (Opener) - 10 am to 4:30 pm

Pay Range: $13.00/hr - $14.00/hr plus cash tips

Experience: Prior fast food/quick serve restaurant experience required.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute all soft serve operations, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Prepare food following health and safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and dining areas.
• Assist in stock management and product rotation.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned, including counters, restrooms, and trash removal.
• Report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Additional Responsibilities

• Operate chill area according to established standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Communicate significant issues to management.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
• Work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Move quickly and efficiently within the customer service area.
• Stand for long periods and work in various temperature conditions.
• Read order monitors and communicate product information clearly.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and health regulations.
• Display good manners, hygiene, positivity, and punctuality.
