Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Tactical Communications Instructor to deliver SOF-focused radio and network system training at Fort Bragg. You will plan, configure, operate, maintain, and document MDRT baseband equipment, manage firmware upgrades, and integrate RF systems into the Tactical Mission Network for training, exercises, and deployments.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, an associates degree, and DOD 8570 IAT level II. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

  • Must closely follow network protocols and methodology.
  • Evaluate network performance and solve complex problems with users.
  • Work at a high technical level on all phases of network operations.
  • Maintain diverse computer network components and systems.
  • Provide client consulting and training on network facilities.
  • Plan and coordinate computer network initiatives.
  • Research, evaluate and recommend new network equipment/tech.
  • Provide internal consulting and guidance to developers and ops.

Responsibilities

  • Train on SOF-specific tactical radios and comms systems.
  • Configure, operate, maintain and document MDRT baseband systems.
  • Manage firmware upgrades and integrate RF systems into the Tactical Mission Network.
  • Coordinate with service providers and support teams as required.
  • Develop training materials and perform ongoing performance assessments.
