Qualifications

Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking a SOF Program Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL or Chesapeake, VA. The role involves overseeing complex programs within the USSOCOM environment, developing and tracking detailed program schedules, managing requirements, scope, and budgets, and performing continuous risk management. The Program Manager will ensure all milestones are met and coordinate with stakeholders for successful execution.


Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and track detailed program schedules and milestones.
  • Manage requirements, scope, and budget to align with organizational goals.
  • Perform continuous risk management to identify and mitigate issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Implement best practices in program management.
  • Manage program resources and ensure optimal allocation.
  • Lead and mentor program team members.

Job Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Master's degree in a business-related field or Bachelor's with 15+ years of USSOCOM experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in USSOCOM organizations.
  • 5+ years' Program Management experience on a DoD contract within the last 12 months.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III PM certification, or 10+ years' program management experience on a DoD contract.
  • Extensive program management experience within USSOCOM.
  • Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with advanced project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of USSOCOM operations and protocols.
  • Additional certifications in program management.
  • Experience developing and implementing program management best practices.
