Job summary

V2X in Germany seeks an experienced Training and Development Specialist II- SOF Planner to provide SOF planning and SME support to JMRC at Hohenfels. The role focuses on developing scenarios, orders, and events that mirror real SOF operations, integrating SOF/CF concepts for effective training.

You will produce WARNOs/OPORDs, manage MEL, assess readiness, and brief leaders with written and oral reports. A SECRET clearance with potential TS/SCI is required to support multinational exercises.

Qualifications

• Experience with USSOCOM operations and CJSTF integration.
• Knowledge of joint and combined operations doctrine.
• Ability to brief leadership in written and oral form.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide SOF planning, integration, and advisory support across training rotations.
• Develop/write WARNOs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, and complex battlefield injects.
• Design exercise scenarios and manage the MEL for training flow.
• Coordinate SOF involvement in exercise planning and operations.
• Deliver reports and briefings on capabilities and interoperability.
• Review and revise training plans and supporting products.
