ACLC, LLC is seeking a seasoned SOF-P Medical Instructor/Curriculum Developer to lead instruction at JSOMTC in Fort Liberty, NC. You will teach National Registry EMT-Basic and Paramedic courses, CPR, and contribute to course development with SWCS guidance.

You will coordinate lesson plans, develop practical exercises, and manage materials while supporting daily operations and training delivery. A strong medical education background is essential.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 3+ years of Emergency Medicine Instruction experience.
• SOCM graduate or Special Operation Combat Medic, or USSOCOM instructor.
• Instructor credentials for BLS, TCCC, ACLS, PEPP, EMT-P preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily JSOMTC operations and training delivery.
• Lead classes with large group, small group, and hands-on training.
• Coordinate classes and develop lesson plans per SWCS guidance and standards.
• Assemble and maintain instructional materials and visitor folders.
• Assist with administrative duties for POIs as instructed.

FULL-TIME SURGE POSITION

LOCATION: Fort Liberty, NC

ACLC is seeking a committed and seasoned SOF-P Medical Instructor/Curriculum Developer to join the dynamic JSOMTC team. In this pivotal role, you will play an instrumental part in delivering top-tier instruction and providing support in training development. Your contributions will be integral to the progression of medical education through the teaching of National Registry Emergency Medical Technician Basic (B) and Paramedic (P) courses, as well as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Your responsibilities will extend to include curriculum development and making recommendations to ensure our courses consistently meet the highest education standards.

TITLE: SOF-P Instructor/Curriculum Developer

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• The SOF-P Medical Instructor/Curriculum Developer shall be responsible for supporting the daily operations of JSOMTC.
• Bear the primary teaching responsibility for the classes he/she is assigned. Teaching methods shall include large group classroom instruction, small group instruction, and hands-on training to include coordination with SME teaching blocks of instruction in their area.
• Coordinate classes and prepare all facets of lesson plans in cooperation with the Course Director person Special Warfare Center & School (SWCS) guidance and standards, including developing and implementing practical exercises and learning activities.
• Assemble and maintain all material pertaining to blocks of instruction, including lesson plans, visitor's folders, etc.
• Assist with and or complete administrative duties for all POIs as instructed by ACLC.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance on low and high-fidelity medical training manikins/ equipment tasks/trainers.
• Perform PMCS (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance) on all equipment and document it appropriately.
• Set up and breakdown all required training equipment for each POI instructed.
• Possesses skills to develop and present educational and command slide presentations.
• Perform and present database and statistics compilations and analysis as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement as assigned by ACLC.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Instructor (BLS-I)
• Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor (ACLS-I)
• Pediatric Education for Pre-Hospital Professionals (PEPP) Instructor
• Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic EMT-P certified IAW NREMT, certified IAW a U.S. jurisdiction, or certified IAW USSOCOM Advanced Tactical Practitioner (ATP) requirements.
• Must have an active SECRET security clearance or be able to acquire and maintain one.

Minimum Background/Experience Required

• Must be a SOCM graduate, held a grade no less than Sergeant, or a Special Operation Combat Medic, or as an instructor in a USSOCOM medical pipeline.
• At least three (3) years of Emergency Medicine Instruction experience
