CACI International Inc. seeks a SOF Targeting Analyst – OSINT to provide expert intelligence from tactical to strategic levels in support of SOCCENT and JIIM partners. You will integrate PAIs and CAIs with SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and cyber data to craft actionable intelligence products for senior leaders.

You will work with DoD and interagency partners, validate sources, and develop new analytic methods to stay ahead of threats. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with polygraph consideration.

Formación

• Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Must be willing to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ experience.
• 6+ years of experience in TF targeting lines of effort, TDNA, DNEA, or MOS equivalent.
• Experience in dark web, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, or cyber analysis.
• Strong knowledge of OPSEC and rigorous source validation practices.
• Experience with Joint/SOF organizations in targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or supporting operations.
• Knowledge of databases used in the F3EAD cycle and in developing intelligence products.
• Minimum of 3 years in intelligence coordination roles within a tactical or operational command.
• Consideration for candidates with a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience or an associate degree and five years of experience.
• Completion of military training like JCAC may be considered toward the required experience.
• Experience mentoring or instructing intelligence analysis methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provides analysis of publicly available data and commercially available data (PAI/CAI), signals intelligence, cyber, including analytic functions and services.
• Conduct dark web research and analysis in support of multi‑intelligence production (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, Cyber).
• Identify and assess data leaks, breaches, dark web marketplaces, and emerging cyber threats.
• Produce integrated intelligence products that combine dark web insights with signals, human, and cyber intelligence reporting.
• Provide specialized senior‑level intelligence analysis expertise to support multi‑disciplinary fusion activities.
• Perform tools‑based data management and support integration across the enterprise.
• Conduct ongoing requirements analysis of theater operations.
• Collaborate with DoD and interagency partners for real‑time solutions to threats.
• Curate and support development of a counter‑threat data repository.
• Identify trends in threat development to anticipate capabilities and reduce costs.
