Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a HUMINT Targeting Analyst (OSINT-focused) to deliver open-source intelligence in support of special operations. You will leverage OSINT tools and F3EAD concepts to produce actionable intelligence for mission success.

You will collaborate with JCOG partners, create targeting packages, and brief leadership while occasionally working nights/weekends to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Proficiency with Intelligence Community tools and databases.
• OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools on foreign sources.
• Experience applying F3EAD targeting methodology.
• Experience providing HUMINT support to operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver cables, intelligence analysis, targeting packages, and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Leverage open-source intelligence to build networks and identify critical nodes to support operational approaches.
• Develop actionable intelligence predicting target movements in time and space.
• Deliver cables, analysis, targeting packages, and briefings to unit and partner leadership.
• Work extended hours including nights and weekends as required by operations.
