Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking an Operational Instructor (SURGE) at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. The role focuses on developing and delivering high-risk operational training for SOF and conventional forces, using NAVEDTRA and Navy-style risk management practices.

You will assist in curriculum design, coordinate with training officers and government reps, and lead public speaking and instructional modules to build capable leaders and mission-ready teams.

Qualifications

• Active-duty service in SEAL/SWCC/US Army Special Forces or MARSOC.
• Six years of leadership and instructor experience in formal training environments.
• Shall be fluent in English; Spanish or French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide development, instructional support, and training analysis for high-risk operational requirements.
• Deliver training using effective classroom and lab methods with risk management emphasis.
• Coordinate curricula with Government Representatives, TO and LSO for new courses.
• Teach SOF patrolling, leadership, mission planning, and range safety procedures.
