Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF Medic SME to support a Federal government client. The role involves training, coordination, and implementation of medical functions to support RTEG activities; interface with RRTEG staff and units; and ensure safety and readiness during high-risk training evolutions.

You will develop training schedules, provide training and evaluation, and maintain compliance with relevant medical doctrine and trauma care standards.

Qualifications

• 6 years of SOF medical experience in a SMU or equivalent.
• 3 deployments as a maneuver element SOF medic or related medical support.
• Current driver’s license and active medical credentials as required.
• Shall travel up to 50% in performance of duties.

Responsibilities

• Interface with RRTEG Staff and supported units.
• Develop training schedules and lesson outlines; provide training and evaluation.
• Teach doctrine and SOPs aligned with USSOCOM standards.
• Coordinate and prepare After Action Reports (AAR) with uniformed personnel.
• Maintain accountability of equipment and training aids; ensure safety guidelines.
