Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Fayetteville, NC seeks an Information and Electronic Warfare (IW/EW) Operations Integrator / SME. You will serve as the senior technical lead for IW/EW planning, synchronization, and cross-SOF project delivery, advising USASOC and USSOCOM stakeholders.

You will coordinate multi-location activities, manage risk, and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure mission success with top-secret clearance requirements and travel 50-75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of management experience on USSOF requirements/projects.
• 10+ years supporting US SOF in IW/EW operations.
• Top Secret clearance required to start.
• US citizenship required.
• Travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for IW/EW planning, integration and synchronization across SOF projects.
• Coordinate, direct, manage and oversee IW/ EW activities to ensure mission readiness across locations.
• Assess capabilities, technologies and solutions to identify future requirements and gaps for USSOCOM/USASOC.
• Link SIGINT, electronic attack, cyber ops and information warfare to achieve spectrum dominance.
• Lead real-time sensing, targeting and non-kinetic engagement support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress and mitigate risk to keep programs on time and budget.
• Manage customer relationships with USSOCOM and stakeholders; report status, risks and decisions.
