Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Senior MIC Coordinator to manage and support USSOCOM and USASOC requirements. The role leads cross-functional teams, maintains knowledge management across programs, and informs planning through customer engagements to ensure rapid deployment readiness.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years supporting US SOF and is TS/SCI cleared, with 25% travel and NC-based location in Fayetteville.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts / Science.
• Required Experience: Five (5) + Years Management experience managing US Special Operations requirements, and projects.
• Required Technical Experience: 15 + Years experience supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF).
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI, active Top Secret required to start.
• US Citizenship required.
• Travel Required for this Role (25%).

Responsibilities

• Mission Integration Coordination and Collaboration across USASOC and USSOCOM.
• Drive mission-focused synergy and efficiency across tasks to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Team GDIT and USASOC and strategic partners to address objectives and drive improvement.
• Maintain Knowledge Management capabilities for processes, procedures, and tools.
• Inform project planning from customer engagements to ensure rapid planning and deployment readiness.
• Identify and assign Project Leads and provide training for project execution.
• Lead a team of Strategic Partner Leads to deliver KM capabilities.
• Assess strategic and operational planning to enhance SOF operations.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
