Qualifications
Documented operational experience with U.S. Special Operation Forces (SOF).
Experience as a U.S. SOF Close Quarter Combat (CQC) RSO.
Knowledgeable in small arms handling and simulated firing safety.
Ability to manage role players for extended training periods.
Responsibilities
Act as primary liaison to the Lead Range Safety Officer.
Coordinate transportation and scheduling for role players.
Manage contractor firearms and safety gear.
Ensure compliance with OPSEC and security protocols.
Lead training site clean-up after each day.
