Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF Communications SME to support a Federal government client. The role focuses on coordinating and refining C4 training, liaison with MARSOC staff, and developing life-cycle exercise designs to evaluate SOF communications in realistic environments.

Ideal candidates have a strong SOF background, extensive SOCOM exercise planning experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support missions and trainings.

Qualifications

• Military background with SOF experience (E7 or above)
• Minimum ten years in SOF communications
• Three years’ experience supporting SOCOM exercise communications
• Six months cybersecurity support planning for SOF missions
• Familiarity with Harris radios, AD, Cisco devices, WAVE, mIRC, AIDE

Responsibilities

• Develop C4 training scenarios to evaluate SOF integration.
• Liaise between exercise planning and MARSOC staff sections.
• Create and manage PACE plans and CJCEOI items.
• Brief on current SOF comms TTPs and fusion methods.
• Design and script exercise scenarios across the life cycle.
