We’re in search of a passionate, people-first Store Manager who will lead our team, embody our brand values, and make our first location a hub of creativity and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure a stellar customer experience.
• Build and inspire a motivated team that reflects our friendly brand culture.
• Engage with the community through events and social initiatives.
• Manage inventory, quality control, and sales performance.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and food-handling standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and hit shop goals.
• Collaborate on social media content, community events, and promos.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of previous restaurant management experience.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in a soda or treat shop (Swig, Sodalicious, etc.)
