Barbaricum is seeking mission-focused Mid-Level Operations Domain Systems Engineers to support USSOCOM, Joint Staff, and components. You will enable real-time decision-making by supporting COP tools and C2 systems across global mission sets.

This role bridges operational requirements with technology, ensuring units are equipped to execute dynamic missions through COP, OAI management, and mission command systems. Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of progressive technical experience supporting operations or intelligence communities.
• 4+ years of operational experience in mission planning, navigation systems, and C2 platforms.
• Security clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Mansioni

• Provide engineering support for SOCOM and Joint Staff operational and targeting cycles.
• Train and assist users on programs such as COP Management, OAI Management, and TADL.
• Analyze operational technology gaps and report findings to SOCOM.
