Qualifications

Position Details

• Title: Nursing Assistant I
• Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA
• Hours: 24 hrs
• Shift: Day/Evening shift; 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm
• Sign‑on Bonus: $4,500 new hire with LICSW or LMHC license at time of hire (rehires more than 1 year also eligible)

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Manager of Social Work, performs a wide variety of duties in the hospital setting providing behavioral health and complex care management services to Southcoast Health patients across the hospital system. Duties include conducting behavioral health assessments and providing behavioral health treatment including individual and family psychotherapy utilizing brief treatment modalities. Serves as a consultant and resource to hospital staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders. Collaborates and coordinates with complex/chronic care management and longitudinal community support services.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited college or university.
• Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.
• Fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or exempt by signing a statement certifying exemption upon hire.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $35.70 - $50.24 per hour.
